Welcome to Carpol Wood
We’ve been operating in the manufacturing industry for almost 30 years, with our roots in the automotive sector, where we gained experience designing and building specialized conversions (including campervans). It was there that we learned how to create functional, aesthetic, and durable solutions while maximizing the use of available space. We transfer our knowledge and craftsmanship to commercial interiors, offering custom-built furniture for individual and business clients.

FSC® Certificate no. C187235
FSC® Certificate no. SGSCH-COC-070610 (FSC-C18723) confirms our commitment to responsible management of wood raw material. It means that wood used in production of our furniture comes from sources managed according to the FSC standards, supporting sustainable forest-management. The FSC® Certification is also expression of care about the environment as well as responsible approach towards forest resources on each supply-chain stage.

Krzysztof Bajerkiewicz
He is responsible for the overall management of the organization and the implementation of its strategy, setting development directions, and making key business decisions. He oversees the work of all departments, coordinates budgets and financial performance analysis, represents the company externally, and builds relationships with partners, clients, and stakeholders, while ensuring operational efficiency and the development of the organizational culture.
Tomasz Rygasiewicz
He is responsible for developing and managing collaborations in the furniture sector for commercial and residential projects, building relationships with general contractors, architects, and developers. He focuses on scaling sales, marketing activities supporting brand and product development, ensuring the highest quality of service, and timely project completion, while ensuring long-term, partnership-based collaboration.
Marcin Rozum
Responsible for realizing the client’s and designer’s vision, transforming designs into production documentation while ensuring quality and attention to detail. Collaborating with the production team, she coordinates the implementation process at every stage and responds to any technical issues.
Michał Teofilak
He is responsible for managing the entire production process, from planning, through team and machine supervision, quality control, to cost optimization and innovation, ensuring timeliness, efficiency and work safety, as well as the flow of information with other departments of the company.
Michał Kubuśka
He’s responsible for organizing and supervising the warehousing and distribution of goods. He ensures the timeliness and quality of deliveries. He collaborates with other departments and contractors to optimize the supply chain and minimize operational risk. He explains to everyone that “yesterday” was yesterday 😊
